The Maverick

You are not persuaded by a method simply because it has always been used. You want a reason, and you are willing to imagine a different arrangement when the reason falls short. In our imagined dragon world, your counterpart would meet you as an equal thinker, expecting honest questions rather than automatic agreement.

Your independence is strongest when it serves a clear purpose. You can combine careful observation with an unexpected idea, finding a route between rigid obedience and impulsive rebellion. You may spot the unnecessary step in a process or the possibility concealed by a familiar label. That perspective helps others distinguish a useful tradition from a habit.

The challenge is staying connected while you rethink the rules. Explain what you hope to improve, listen for the experience behind someone else’s caution, and keep the parts that already help. A new path does not have to begin with dismissing the old one. Your best ideas become more powerful when other people can understand them, test them, and make them their own.
