How We Keep the Field Notes Honest
Traceable sources, deliberate spoiler controls, and a clear line between a useful answer and an unverified claim.
What counts as evidence
We prioritize author, publisher, and official product pages. Book references name the work used; page and chapter details are only added when reliably established. Recorded firsthand observation can support a narrow observation, but not a universal rule.
- Verified: a statement supported by a named, traceable source.
- Observed: a direct observation with a defined setting and date.
- Unconfirmed: a question without sufficient evidence.
- Outdated: a prior statement superseded by newer information.
Community screenshots can suggest something to investigate. They do not establish a bonding probability or guarantee a particular outcome.
Spoilers should be a choice
Home and quiz copy avoid plot reveals. The field index marks first-book scope and uses explicit controls for dragon–rider bonds. Later-book identities, deaths, and relationship changes are omitted from this initial index.
Hidden information is not protected or secret: it exists in the page source, but remains inside a deliberate disclosure rather than a visual blur. Metadata and share images avoid relationship spoilers.
Dates and corrections
“Updated” records an actual content change. “Checked” identifies a source review, not a claim that the complete official experience was tested. Rebuilding the website does not automatically change either date.
Corrections should include a specific page, a source, and a book scope when relevant. After reviewing a material correction, update the affected content and its date. We do not invent an editorial staff, expertise, or a correction history.
Commercial boundaries
This build contains no advertising or affiliate links. Any later commercial relationship needs a clear disclosure near the relevant recommendation and an updated privacy description.
